- As the Head of Delivery Excellence, oversee the process compliance across all the Implementation projects
- Enhance Gold standards through continuous process improvements and innovations
- Closely engage with delivery teams to conduct rigorous Process Adherence checks, ensuring projects are compliant for the current phase and coached for the next phase
- Relentlessly track for process compliance by conducting unbiased reviews and openly share every single process miss
- Liaise with project teams to ensure 100% process & standard adherence
- Identify areas for Improvements, leading to Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Provide early warning indicators to leadership team, guide teams to take the appropriate Corrective actions.
- Conduct RCAs highlight the CAPA and continuously have the processes updated based on the feedback received
- Create awareness on Process and Standards, within the implementation teams
- Coach new PDs, PMs and guide them during the early phase of implementation
- Raise the bar of Standardization by continuously improving the processes through all channels by incorporating feedback and updating the artifacts
- Nurture the new accounts from the deal closure and groom Project Directors and Managers to be prepared for the initial discussions with Customers
- Through continuous improvement initiatives, strive towards streamlining the delivery processes and the implementation methodology
- Actively participate in automating the various internal processes across functions.
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations to Delivery Leadership team
- Study the reports and reviews uploaded by research firms and
- Conduct Implementation satisfaction surveys with Customer, collate responses and identify the areas of improvement
- 15 years' experience into Process improvements and has performed extensive audits for Implementation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations or Engineering. MBA will be preferred
- Good command of MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Visio applications
- Strong communication skills, ability to make herself/himself understood clearly, willing to listen to others
- Ability to forecast the workload, prioritize tasks, take pro-active steps and work independently
- Strong sense of self responsibility and accountability
- Well-developed negotiation and conflict resolution skill
- Experience in developing reports in Power BI is plus
