What you will need
- At least 10 year's hands on experience in Market Mix Modelling, with rich and complete data sets
- Strong statistical knowledge and understanding in relevant techniques (OLS, Bayesian etc..)
- Proven experience in managing and developing an analytical team
- In-depth knowledge of media planning and marketing, especially in UK
- Experience working with clients from a variety of sectors
- Proven ability to lead and develop a large team of analysts
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/clients
- Expert in R (inc Shiny) and Excel
- Strong commercial acumen - ability to work efficiently, with a focus on profitability
- Keen attention to detail with a questioning mindset
- Understanding of the UK marketplace for brands and media
- Strong communication skills
