Director - Data Science - Healthcare/Pharma

A leader who leads Data Science team. This team works on commercial analytics requirements. The scope of work starts from launch support and continues across the life cycle of our products.

The incumbent will take ownership of people and work processes for the DS and ML Ops team. Define structure and expand current delivery by building a strong process-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- People and Project Leadership

- Manage the Data Science team, help data scientists take ownership and deliver best outcomes, focusing on quality and productivity.

- Will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a day- to-day basis.

- Strategic growth and thought leadership.

- Focus on the future business needs and expand capabilities of the group.

Required Skills and Expertise:

- 17+ years of relevant experience in a data science and/ OR people management roles supporting Pharma/Lifesciences Commercial ops internally or in consulting

- At-least 6+ years' experience in leading highly competent and analytics-oriented teams.
