Responsibilities :
- Build Capacity and Develop Talent for the Competency Center
- Identify and Exploit New Solution Design & Consulting Paradigms for New and Existing Accounts
- Systematically Develop and Maintain Offerings
- Provide Advisory, Sales, and Marketing Support
- Contribute to Organizational Strategy
Past/Proven Experience:
- Experience in management/strategy consulting with focus on analytics use case development, analytics and data strategy and roadmap definition, user experience and user adoption strategy, change management consulting and business value and business case definition.
- Experience with delivery of management and IT consulting, data science and user experience services for enterprise customers.
- Experience in driving consulting, data science and digital experiences practices and center of excellences, anchoring and mentoring senior architects and leads.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations
- Expertise in driving CXO level workshops and engagements, leveraging industry leading advisory models and frameworks.
- Experience building business-oriented solutions in an industry such as retail, health, media, or banking and finance
- Experience leading large teams including managing, mentoring, and coaching
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree in business management will be a big plus)
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more relevant certifications or related methods
- At least 15 years of relevant experience; two years may be substituted for a master's degree
