Director - D365 - IT

Job Description:

- A seasoned consultant with strong technical background on D365

- Must have played Solution Architect role that overlaps with other functions too, like Sales, Service, HR, etc.

- Must have at least 15 years hands-on experience in the career

- Must have an experience in integrating multiple 3rd party systems/applications with D365

- Should be able to front-end and drive business conversations, suggest if business team is going the wrong way, i.e. do business consulting in addition to Technical

- Lead the team both on F&O and CE side and participate in management discussions, as needed

Future prospects:

- If the above is handled per expectation, the opportunity will be to lead the complete Business Systems of DHS, which is not restricted to D365

- Direct Reporting would go to CXO

- Direct updates to be provided to Senior Executives as per set cadence
