In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity strategy, driving go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for our cybersecurity products and services, and ensuring the successful delivery of these services to our clients.

Who You Are:

- A seasoned cybersecurity professional with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in leading and managing cybersecurity programs.

- Possess a strong understanding of the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape and best practices in cyber risk management.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a clear and articulate thought process.

You Excel In:

Go-to-Market Skills (GTM):

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM strategies for cybersecurity products and services.

- Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of cybersecurity solutions to potential clients.

- Experience in building and strengthening relationships with potential clientele in the technology sector, with a focus on GCC (Global Capability Centers) or FS (Financial Services) clients.

- Skilled in account management, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction.

Delivery Phase:

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cybersecurity projects and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of cybersecurity professionals.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Technical Skills:

- Minimum of one core cyber domain experience in areas like:

- Cyber risk control (TPRM, test controls, Data privacy)

- Core Cyber security (SIEM, Vulnerability management, DevSecOps, IDAM, penetration testing)

- Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e. g. , PCI-DSS, NIST CSF).

- A strong understanding of network security concepts and principles.

Bonus Points:

- Experience working with Big Four companies (Sis, Delloitte India, PWC India) is a plus.

- Possession of recognized industry certifications such as CCIE (Security), CISO FTD, Palo Alto Certified, Fortinet Certified, F5 Certified, IPS certified.

- Possession of Azure relevant certifications like MS Az-104, Az-500 etc.
