Director - Cyber Security - Consulting Firm

- Formulate and define the strategic direction for cyber security service(s); grow pipeline of the various cyber solutions by working closely with internal and external channels; identify and create pull through opportunity for other managed services and consulting services. Keep abreast of industrial, technology and business trends

- Business development and delivery in cyber and technology solutions, such as risk management, vulnerability management, perimeter security, intranet security, cloud technologies, threat intelligence, etc.

- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly and effectively

- Experience deploying and leading security programs in an infrastructure or asset-intensive organisation

- Experience in managing client engagement staffing, financials, quality, and risk management / approvals processes

- Proven experience in client pursuits and proposal development; contribute to thought leadership publications

- Broad understanding and interest in multiple technology industry sectors

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 8 years of recent experience in leading security program implementations in any of the following: enterprise security operations, penetration testing, digital forensics, threat intelligence management, vulnerability management, endpoint management, risk management, cloud security concepts and protocols, solution development, technical requirements gathering, thought leadership,experience in managing consultancy or client facing assignments

- Solid understanding of engineering and securing application/data/infrastructure architectures and knowledge of business continuity, security threats, risk, and major incident management frameworks (aligned to ISO and NIST standards and guidelines)

Desirable Experience and Behavioural Aspects :

- Experience building business cases for new technology/security solutions

- Problem solver with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and secure stakeholder buy-in

- Excellent facilitation and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to bring complex data, analytics, and technology concepts to life for non-specialist audiences

- Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders and balance time across these appropriately
