Your Role: - Conduct training programs for all the process updates - Oversee learning content, curriculum and resources - Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game- based platforms) - Verify training plans for the Outsource/In-house teams - Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments - Optimizing training processes for efficiency - Selecting and managing resources, including external training teams to develop and deliver training - Manage content on the Learning systems - Get reporting on training completion and performance from the outsource team - View and revise the training SOPs for the outsourced training teams - Conduct trainer feedback sessions - Liaise with the external teams to identify the team's performance. - Using performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs of the department, team and individual - Planning training programs based on business goalsEvaluate the results of learning courses - Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning Must Have: - Minimum 13-15 years of experience as a Training Coordinator/Trainer/Training - Facilitator or a similar role in Customer Service training. - Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS. - In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching). - Hands-on experience with project management. Good to Have: - Passionate about sports. - Experience working in a customer support Business environment. - Ability to identify performance improvement opportunities and gaps, conduct analysis, and develop solutions that will deliver the desired results through training programs. - Knowledge of learning evaluation models, and various delivery methods
