Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Engagement:

- Lead pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concept oversight.

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions that align with their business objectives.

- Contribute to the development of proposals and RFP responses, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.

Project Delivery Leadership:

- Oversee the delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

- Manage cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA analysts, and project managers.

Implement best practices in software development and project management methodologies.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for technical matters.

- Ensure client expectations are managed and met, addressing any concerns promptly.

- Facilitate regular project updates and strategic discussions with clients.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Conduct performance reviews and support career development plans for team members.

- Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.

Technical Expertise and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

- Promote innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new tools and techniques.

- Ensure the technical proficiency of the team through training and development initiatives.

- Must have had experience with heading Automation projects

Qualifications:

- 15+ years experience in Software Development.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Extensive experience in software development and project management.

- Proven track record in pre-sales activities and client relationship management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-centric solutions.

- Candidates with authorization to travel to US preferred.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of modern software development languages and frameworks.

- Experience with AI projects

Work Environment:

- This role may require occasional travel for client meetings and pre-sales presentations.

- This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
