Position : Customer Success Director
Soroco is seeking an Automation Consultant s to join the Customer Success team with one of the world's leading and fastest growing artificial intelligence and robotics technology companies.
Successful candidates will have a combination of top tier consulting, technology and relevant industry experience. They will be responsible for leading clients and technology partners on strategic and transformational initiatives relevant to Automation, including project and program definition/execution, in a fast-paced environment to drive top-line revenue growth and efficiency/cost savings, improve operational performance and enhance client experience across Soroco portfolio of clients.
Some travel (once safe) required due to the global nature of the business and customer base.
Key responsibilities :
- Conduct consulting engagements based on enablement materials as part of our Client and Partners- transformation programs
- Structure and execute on initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations and creating execution roadmap
- Conduct rapid diagnostic and/or detailed due diligence to articulate opportunity impact, timing and other parameters
- Build business cases for strategic programs and present or support presentations to senior management to achieve executive level buy-in
- Program management and coordination of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Transformation team members, Soroco leaders and subject matter experts on sales enablement and engagement materials relevant to our Clients and Partners
- Communicate results with executive leadership and broader organization
- Manage deadlines / timeframes, proactively escalating issues as needed
- Translate business requirements into automation solution designs
Qualifications/Experience :
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience within consulting, technology and relevant industry experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
- Managerial experience in a consulting environment
- Familiarity with RPA/ML Software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster joint partnership
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including C-level
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding client expectations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
