About our Client - Our client is one of the largest players in the premium automotive industry. They have grown extra ordinarily in the last few years and have a strong presence in North India. They are looking for a Head- Customer Service to manage the entire function and setting up the quality and training operations.

Job Description - Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for :

- Accomplishing customer service objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

- Setting up the entire business plan for the unit and implementing the best practices

- Developing the customer connect program for various roll-outs

- SLA management, attrition control and work force management for the customer service unit

The Successful Candidate :

- An ideal candidate is someone coming with around 15 years of experience in cross functional stints and should have handled the customer service function in a consumer facing industry.

- You should be ideally working in a premium banking/ hospitality company and have a good blend of analytical and creative mind.
