POSITION DESCRIPTION: - Create a compelling revenue strategy with the Business Head to drive client development and revenue targets in selected industry verticals. Manage new enterprise customer acquisition using partner and industry networks, commercializing and stabilizing new clients. - Business development & expansion: Expand relationships strategically with enterprise accounts - work closely with the CBO on preparing expansion plans and sales pitch. - Manage a portfolio and pipeline of enterprise clients on native platform and partner platforms. Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams. - Lead conceptualization, execution and ROI outcomes of projects for a variety of clients. Partner & channel relationship management: Work closely with FB and Google client partner teams for client development and new sales leads. - Deliver campaigns and platform integrations for category leaders in India, upsell and cross-sell solutions to meet client needs, monitor the key metrics on performances. - Lead external client deliverables and ROI outcomes while overseeing internal team delivery to meet client expectations. Actively lead, design and participate in company initiatives which are intended to raise the profile of the company and to build the spirit and reputation of the organisation. HIRING PROFILE: - 12 plus years of client servicing experience, in top tier digital agencies, having successfully managed digital mandates of a wide range clients. - May have a mix of digital agency/digital media agency/ marketing/publisher exposure too. A proven track record of having built long term relationships with client is a must. Well conversant with all the major social media digital platforms such as Google, YouTube, FB, Instagram and Twitter. - A deep understanding of ROI metrics across all platforms. Deeply passionate and curious about technology and its implications in changing and bettering human behaviour. - An ability to provide clear & simple brief to clients and the internal creative teams. - Entrepreneurial, high energy and outcome oriented. Positive personal presence and exceptional verbal, written and presentation capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and time management skills.
