Director/CTO/Centre Head - ECC - Auto Ancillary

Nature of Experience:

- Profound knowledge of automotive electronics engineering & embedded Systems.

- Experience in working with latest automotive electronics technology & keeping update on present & future trends are the basic requirements.

- Proven experience as a Project head with good supervisory and teamwork skills in a fast faced and challenging environment

Role and Responsibilities :

- Building and implementing an Electronic Competent center to fulfill groups- Eletronification program

- Leading strategic planning for the ECC to ensure that the center's objectives are aligned with the Group / individual Companies- Strategic Plan objectives and expectations.

- Leading R&D efforts of center from its inception to develop a range of advance technology electronic Concept / Sub systems / products / solutions

- Managing multi-disciplinary teams to develop and validate several products in parallel

- Developing & validating prototypes for range of products based on developed advanced technology and support to individual company in commercialization.

- Providing expertise and services to individual companies.

- Promoting ECC achievements and capability enhancements with customer for perception change.
