Director_CSR Consulting
Responsibilities:
- Strong experience and understanding of the CSR domain
- Understanding of impact research
- Managing client relationships and ensuring client loyalty through quality service delivery
- People management - Driving employee engagement, conducting performance reviews for the team, and addressing issues faced by them effectively
- Delivering quality research to the client through excellent insights that would be helpful for developing an actionable program strategy
- Developing an environment that fosters new work/innovations
- Taking new business initiatives and leveraging skills across units
- Focusing on capability building of the team - training needs identification and ensuring that the team goes through the desired training hours
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge required:
- Possesses strong Social Research skills and in-depth industry awareness of social policies and economic analysis (post-graduation degree in relevant field required, Ph.D. is preferred)
- Overall experience in social research, advisory, or consulting services for 8 or more years (8-12 years)
- Inspires as a role model, imparting the right kind of organizational values to the team below
- Has effective people management skills, with appropriate leadership style in leading the team, maintaining the right balance between task and relationship
- Holds capability to institutionalize improvements in business processes
- Has strong networking skills - building continuous lines of communication with seniors, juniors, peers, and clients for expertise and perspective sharing
- Is competent in understanding synergies across units of Kantar and leverage them toward client delivery
- Reflects thought leadership in day-to-day functioning - giving innovative ideas and demonstrating the confidence to promote or share ideas as actionable insights
