This firm is the world's first E-Distributor and was founded in 2015. It is a cutting-edge mobile application though which Brands can distribute products including FMCG, packaged food, water & beverages, lighting & electrical, mobiles & mobile accessories, consumer durable, cosmetics, watches, auto accessories & auto parts, sports goods, apparel, toys & games, software, religious articles, industrial supplies and much more to retailers directly. They have over 300 brands and 1000's of retailers on-board the app. The application replicates the real world ' distribution functions' and enables communications, credit and order fulfillment on the app itself.
They are looking to get on-board a Credit Director for their all-important credit function on the application.
Responsibilities for the job:
- Maintain and develop relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions and NBFCs
- Develop Credit Policies and ensure Credit Quality
- Monitor MIS credits & identify early warning signals to minimize credit losses and devise appropriate strategies to reduce losses.
- Regular interaction with the front line for better deal structuring and transaction processing
- Responsible for perfection of documentations which results in to satisfactory audit comments.
- Conduct Portfolio Audit on quarterly basis and ensure effective and fast closures of audit findings.
- Liaise with the Central Credit Bureau for understanding and advice on various reports & statistics.
- Develop Scorecards for Retail Products and implement post testing.
- Manage Portfolio by tracking through various MIS reports and analyzing Portfolio Profitability, Credit Risks, Provisioning, and Delinquency flow rates.
- Track collections activities and ensured delinquencies were maintained within permissible limits.
- Monitor Underwriting team & randomly check decisions in order to bring in uniformity in credit decisions
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Business strategist with experience in various arenas of banking with profit centre management assignments.
- Worked extensively in Commercial & SME Lending.
- Extensive experience of business start-up, Growth and P&L.
- Consistent track of Business Development, Product Launch, Strategic Planning, Marketing & Relationship Management.
- Developed and led high performing large sales and relationship management teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Credit and Risk Management.
- Practice Value based; Ownership & Result Oriented Leadership.
