Role Overview:The Director of Creative Strategy will lead our creative team, driving the development of compelling content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand's message. This role demands a unique blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, with extensive experience in short-form and long-form content, video production, and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to craft stories that not only engage but also convert, across various platforms and mediums.
Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and brand identity.
- Lead the conceptualization and production of creative content across formats, including short-form and long-form articles, videos, scripts, and social media content.
- Oversee the entire content creation process, from ideation and scripting to production and direction, ensuring high-quality output that meets our standards and goals.
- Drive the success of our social media presence with innovative and engaging content that boosts engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Analyze content performance and audience insights to inform and adapt creative strategy, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment for the creative team, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to enhance content quality and production capabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our content strategy remains dynamic and competitive.
Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content strategy, video content creation, and social media success.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic, engaging, and innovative content across various formats and channels.
- Extensive experience in producing video content, including scripting, directing, and post-production.
- Proven track record of creating successful social media content that increases engagement and grows audience base.
- Experience working in or with creative agencies is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications in digital marketing or creative fields are a plus.
