Skill : Supply chain, marketing spend optimization,operations/ manufacturing, six sigma

Responsibilities :

- Should have managed/ delivered cost reduction projects across industries.

- In depth knowledge of cost reduction areas like procurement, BPR, operations/ manufacturing, operating model, supply chain, marketing spend optimization etc.

- Exposure to lean/ six sigma or any other cost reduction tools.

- Good to have Lean/ Six Sigma certification.

Skills Required :

- Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player.

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional and transformation projects.

- Ability to empathize with clients and to work to demanding time frames/deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills.
