Corporate Sales Team at Organization has been contributing to our overall growth for the last 3 years through a team of 6 Enterprise account manager, SDRs led by our VP of corporate sales.

As the Director of Sales (Reporting into the VP of Corporate Sales), you will lead a high-performing team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and foster key relationships with corporate clients. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory in the corporate realm while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

We've been able to penetrate into this segment through our app based gamified process.

- The employees are engaged through leaderboards that typically have your goals.

- Our offerings to Corporates, of the wellness service we deliver are health clubs where fitness and nutrition drives, live sessions and Webinars. How we deliver value to our clients is through

- Diet and workout plans

- Content to educate users

- Personalized coaching

- All Of this and and we give this a finishing touch with actionable insights

- Our clients have been able to reduce medical cost, increase the 1:1 engagement with employees

- There's a significant increase in physical activity and the purpose is also aligned with our mission which is to transform 1 billion lives in India through the weight loss journey.

- We're a Series D funded Start-up with over $130 million in funding and we're on the move t penetrate global markets mainly the US and our corporate sales division will have a significant impact on our mission.

How many corporate clients do we have ? How has the clientele grown year on year?

- We would have worked with over 250+ clients till now. We add 20 odd clients every year.

- Names of some of our larger clients? - HCL, Cognizant, Amazon

- Current Corporate Revenue nos.(what % is this out of the company's total revenue)

- 5 to 10% of the total revenue (Annual revenue of $30M)

- What are our offerings? Same as the B2C plans, health challenges or other customized programs? - Health challenges, AI and Coach plans (custom to tenure and price budgets)

- What is the pricing model and strategy? - Basis volume on health challenges and minimum commitment.

- How long have we been in the corporate wellness business ? - 4 to 5 years

- Our current team strength and capability - How many ppl and what do each of them do? - 4 people spread across sales, partnership and account management.

- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive revenue growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
