Director, Corporate Financial Planning

JOB EXPECTATIONS & CHALLENGES

- Pro actively deliver new business and financial insights that provide senior management with important, actionable new ways to understand the bushiness.

- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the Group & its subsidiaries, including budgeting, reporting, analysis, accounting, compliance and internal controls.

- Serve as the primary liaison and partner to Finance, Accounting, Tax, Systems, and other parts of the organization

- Assist senior management with business and financial planning, including presentations and financial analyses (Financial Statement Analysis)

- Analyze and prepare operating and financial results, including analysis of quarterly trends and drivers as well as variance analyses of forecasts vs. actuals

- Develop the Corporate FP&A to align targets and intra quarter forecasts

- Maintain and manage quarterly, annual and 3-year service P&L and balance sheet

- Coordinates and assembles the annual budget

- Oversee complex accounting/financial analyses to identify trends, project financials and present findings to senior managemen

- Mentors and develops financial analytical talent throughout the Company

- Establish and maintain strong business controls; drive increased visibility

- Perform due diligence on cost models for large transactions

- Monitoring of large new transactions and flaging deviations.

- Envision Implement & Evaluvate Finance & Accounting Controls policies and procedures

DESIRED CANDIDATE

- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

- 15+ years in Finance with 5+ years of Corporate Planning nowledge required: Excel, PowerPoint

- CPA,CA(First Attempt),CMA,CFA or MBA higly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

- Experience with Oracle or SAP service modules

- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Familiarity with enterprise planning software, including design and on-going efficiency enhancements.
