Hiring for a global management consulting firm based out of New Delhi.
Responsibilities:
1) Overseeing the financial well-being of the organization.
2) Directs preparation of fiscal records and financial plans, policies, and reports.
3) Develops and communicates financial vision and strategy.
4) Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.
5) Ensures timely and accurate business/financial reports and plans; presents them to the Partners across all business units to increase financial transparency in management reporting and business line performance.
6) Serves as company's representative to financial/investment community and shareholders.
7) Heads the finance function and leads the strategy planning, controls & compliance and oversees the financial planning function.
8) Manage cash flows and prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
9) Functional skills: Financial planning, Compliance, Budgeting, Audit, MIS, Risk management
10) Very strong Excel skills including experience in building financial models
11) Exceptional communication skills - clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key take-aways, and disseminate actionable insights. Will regularly communicate with company's CXO team.
