Responsibilites
Develop and execute Public Relations programmes that fulfills the business goals and reputation agenda of the company
Develop and maintain relationship with key reputation influencers like media, bloggers, think tanks and columnists.
Act as strategic advisor on media and communication issues to the senior leadership of the company
Assist in implementing a broad media relations strategy, resulting in positive media placements in national, international, regional and trade outlets
Speak proactively to International and national media to generate positive interest in the Group - products, services, key offerings, key initiatives - people / processes.
Oversee press conferences, media briefings and interviews for key strategic announcements
Develop and drive Thought leadership programs in communication
Required experience (education & competency)
Around 8 to 12 years of proven track record of leading and managing a variety of public relations programme.
Should have worked in a fast paced and dynamic business and communication environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Excellent communication and presentation skill Pro-active and hands-on Able to prioritize and flexible
Past experience of working in a PR agency is a preferable
