Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Build, oversee the development and execution of an integrated and balanced communication strategy that drives awareness and supports the Groups' corporate and social strategic priorities lead and nurture a young team with focused approach and alignment with the end goals.
- Manage multiple agencies / external partners with extreme clarity of thought and brief
- Oversee branding, positioning, and communications programs for the senior management as well as internal and external engagement programs
- Create and manage new channels of communication with the company's audiences enable stronger engagement
- Partner with HR to develop compelling employee communications and engagement
- Build the department's annual budget and review of activities and expenses throughout the fiscal year to ensure optimal financial results
Requirements:
- Master's degree in communication (or an equivalent degree) from a reputed institution
- Minimum 15-18 years of experience in creating and executing communications campaigns
- Exposure to managing key stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent leadership skill and experience in working across different sectors and bring together diverse teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and re-prioritizing projects
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
