Reporting: Chief Executive Officer
In this role, you will be in charge of leading the company's marketing efforts. Providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, and building awareness and positioning for the company's brand.
The role will require you to be innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Building Marketing Strategy, measuring & strengthening brand performance, and leading internal employee branding initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Design strategies to build effective digital connections with customers
- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
- Build and lead the formation of a customer advisory board
- Build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales.
- Support and drive sales - work in close partnership with sales leadership and trade marketing function to ensure smooth implementation and execution of marketing programs
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Overseeing website, social media marketing strategy, and content marketing.
Experience: Overall 7-10 years
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a growing business preferably a high-growth startup.
- 2+ years of heading the marketing function
Qualifications: An MBA degree in sales, marketing, or strategy from a premier B school
Skill Sets:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, pull & push marketing, etc
- Proven marketing campaign experience.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Attention to detail.
