Job Description :

- Head Corporate Affairs for the organization reporting into the Group CEO.

- Establish and maintain dialogue with key political, regulatory and policy stakeholders at all levels

- Responsible for managing key regulatory issues and establishing strong connect with government and other stakeholders which can be leveraged in managing regulatory environment.

- Ensuring effective business operations by maintaining effective relations with the local as well as national government and other stakeholders.

- Track all regulatory developments that could have an impact the company's business plans

- Define and oversee the development and execution of a pro-active government relations and policy-making strategy as per the business priorities.

- Identify, anticipate, assess and communicate potential regulatory threats and business opportunities, develop mitigation or enhancement strategies and policy positions, and coordinate external advocacy efforts, outreach programs and key initiatives in concert with the company's objectives

- Work collaboratively and transparently with the business units to ensure alignment between core business priorities, and government affairs goals

- Facilitate high-level meetings between company's executives and key stakeholders, including senior government officials, regulators, industry associations and alliance partners to promote and advocate the company's public policies.
