Director - Contracts - Manufacturing Firm - LLB

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate in Contract Management.

As the Director of Contract Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's contract management process. Your primary focus will be to ensure effective management and administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and beyond.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Contract management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Manage a team of Contract professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of Contracts, including procurement agreements, service contracts, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor contract performance and compliance, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and obligations.

- Resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and claims in a timely and efficient manner.

- Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments and provide guidance on their impact on contract management activities.
