- Spearhead end-to-end contract management & compliance support activities on multimillion long term commercial contracts spanning various geographies. Advisory role on the strategic direction, contract interpretation, consequences of action / in-action of activities and day-to-day management of complex outsourcing arrangements by resolving contract, compliance, delivery and pricing issues.

- Relevant Stake holders value creation by elevating contract & compliance awareness level among the Accenture delivery and leadership team

- Successful implementation of the contract management policies & processes inclusive of Tools and Techniques for effective management of the contract terms.

- Efficient and effective management of the contract day today from contract terms interpretation clarification, change management, track, monitor and mitigate risk, protect IPR, escalate non-compliance activities, assist in resolving payment delays, ensuring contract obligation deliverables management, document and manage records, contract close out etc.

- Effective interface & collaboration with legal, delivery leads and CFM to achieve key parameter of cost management and securing margins

- Development and administration of subcontractors and third party agreements.

- Notable contribution in identifying commercial levers (contract provisions and business terms) to improve profitability.

- Supporting the front line business and solution architects in responding to RFP & RFQ.

- Effective collaboration and business relationship management with key stakeholders - PMO, Delivery leads, Client account leads, commercial directors, domain experts

- Develop and maintain a business relationship with the client's contract management/procurement professional.

- Represent the team in Quality Assurance Reviews & Processes

- Being part of the legal and contract negotiation team, the role primarily involved supporting contract pre-signature activities like contract terms review, vendor negotiation on disagreements, drafting, interacting with Finance and Risk team to obtain appropriate approval and facilitation contract finalisation and signatures.

- Activities included overall Contract Governance & Execution Process of wide range of Contracts like Commercial, Software License/Assignment/Novation, AMC, Lease Rental, NDA, MOU, Employment, Services Outsourcing, Vendor, Consultancy, Software Development, Manpower, Commercial and Residential Leases, Leave & License Agreements.

- Was instrumental in substantially reducing the dependency of external law firms in Contracts negotiation & finalization process in terms of responsiveness, accuracy, timelines and cost and when needed liaison with Law Firms on matters referred for timely closures thereby improving Company's competitive advantage in the industry.

- Scuritinisation and vetting of all Contracts in conformity with the Group standard legal templates and customizing few as and when required to suite different business requirements.

- Designed and developed various Standard Contract templates for regular business requirements during their initial process of contract negotiation reducing negotiation time and giving the stake holders more time to finalize commercials.
