We are having an assignment with one of the reputed US based MNC Client for Gurgaon Location as "Director- Content Operations".  Must have :  - Person must be having strong experties in Operations.  - Must have managed Content operations, content related to all kind of domains.  - Must have managed large teams at least 500+ people.  - Must be in Content related operations for 5+ Years.  Requirements :  - Since role also requires operational understanding, person must need to have good process knowledge of recruitment and HR. This is one of the critical requirement of the role  - Good Sr. program Manager who can ensure continuity of the business and client satisfaction is achieved. Should be having good engineering background. Somehow who can go and talk on Engineering as well content. While the business is content engineering but a lot of engineering process is inbuilt in the system.   - Good financial understanding of the account.
