Role :

- We are looking for a leader for our Content Marketing team who is creative, hands-on, and is deeply driven to use engaging, authentic content to drive business results.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong writing and editorial background with great storytelling skills. They should be able to strategize around business objectives, build a plan to drive outcomes, hire a team and inspire them to produce great work.

As the Director of Content Marketing, you will:

1. Own the content across the marketing funnel and the user lifecycle.

2. Develop a content strategy that will help drive Hiver's brand awareness

3. Deeply study and understand the pain points of our target audience, and possess the ability to translate the value of Hiver's features into a language that resonates with the audience.

4. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels, including website, social media, email, blogs, whitepapers, video, events, etc.

5. Build organization's thought leadership profile in the customer support industry by building relationships with industry leaders and creating content that is research-driven and unique.

6. Develop organization's content roadmap, including identification of topics, alignment with other marketing initiatives, content creation, curation, and distribution

7. Work closely with Demand Generation to produce content to meet SEO and organic lead generation objectives

8. Work closely with Sales to develop sales collateral, case studies, competitor battlecards

9. Build, own and scale Hiver's video content strategy

10. Collaborate with the design team to produce on-brand, high quality content assets.

11. Kickstart brand marketing initiatives

12. Manage relationship with PR agencies, contractors and other freelancers

13. Develop and own social media strategy

14. Measure and optimize content effectiveness with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Search Console, Ahrefs etc.

Requirements :

- A strong understanding of SEO best practices

- 8 + year of experience in content marketing, product marketing writing, or similar role

- Prior experience of leading content team

- B2B writing experience is a must

- Extensive understanding of social media, PR and brand marketing

- Strong creative, editorial mindset

.- Proven storytelling expertise.

- Experience managing content production in a variety of media (written, audio, video production).

- Ability to translate business challenges into content solutions.
