- Around 10+ years of Consulting Service experience

- Around 6+ years of experience in Direct Client business

- End-to-end understating of US staffing business

- Excellent negotiations skills and high success rate of candidate delivery

- Excellent understating of US tax terms

- Understanding of CA laws of employment

Responsibilities:

- Qualify requirements and understand the JD /requirements

- Manage own and recruiters/ RM team targets

- Developing strong consultant base for quick turn around for Placements/Starts

- Manage Recruiting Process/improvements

- Own ATS tool for Onsite requirements

- Manage the contract (PSSA and MSA, SOW) paperwork

- Building Strong vendor relationships with Alliance partners for sourcing

- Leverage Social Media for building consultant /candidate pipeline
