Job Description :

- This is a key Business Analyst and Consulting role which involves requirement gathering, specifications, testing, data extraction and project status tracking for multiple projects related to Risk Management, Derivatives and IT in Capital Markets group, specifically FI Derivatives.

- We are looking for an IT Risk BA who will be responsible for providing our client with risk indicators, risk weighted assets as well as limit and exposure reports.

- One will also focus on credit, counterparty and market risk thereby covering both financing and capital markets areas.

Responsibilities :

- Communicate with business sponsors, owners, users and other FO/BO application teams to understand their businesses

- Pro-actively communicate and collaborate with business clients to analyze functional requirements and deliver the appropriate artifacts as and when needed

- Act as the first line of contact to interface with global risk management business users

- Gather, analyze, extract and document business requirements of projects including use cases, data, function and quality requirements

- Gather, analyze, extract and document current status of our existing systems

- Participate in determining and documenting the project priorities and expectations

- Secure requirement sign-off from sponsors and key stakeholders

- Track and anticipate changes in project requirements

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to create a clear understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

Requirements :

- 14-18 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking IT with direct experience in front-to-back FI trading, order processing and reporting

- Knowledge of finance, banking and/or Risk Management Systems

- An understanding of derivative product pricing, risk & sensitivities calculations and financial risk management

- Familiarity with FI products (FX, swaps and rates/credit derivatives specifically)

- Strong skills in oral communication, listening and questioning as well as in writing business requirements and functional specifications

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- SQL skills for data interrogation and analysis

- A good understanding of data analysis, data mapping and user acceptance testing

- Strong coordination/organizational skills
