Purpose of the role: Responsible for managing the process of ensuring that core elements of an effective compliance program are implemented successfully.
Major KRA's :
Support the Global Compliance team in execution of various initiatives
Collaborate with business teams (Business Unit Heads) and functional heads to identify and resolve issues
Carry out Compliance training activities regularly
Organize and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Intrinsic involvement in International Trade participation and sanctions
Third-party due diligence to ensure credibility and secure risk and impact of action
Ensure compliance of activities relevant to Anti-Bribery
Ensure spend of execution of initiatives is as per budget
Implement and update Compliance SOPs
Enforcement of Compliance related disciplinary actions when required
Embed compliance and integrity into the business using a risk-based approach
Ideal Candidate:
The incumbent should have minimum 7-8 years of experience in corporate compliance, ethics
- Possess & demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence
