- A very strong candidate who can head the compensation, rewards, and ESOP's verticals and Business partner role as well. Should be very efficient in handling a bigger team.
We are looking in a candidate : MBA/B.E./graduates with mathematics and statistics background
- Excellent communication skills
- High maturity in stakeholder management
- 13-17 years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle corporate HR environment with a rapidly growing company (preferably from IT/ ITeS background)
- Experience in handling with ESOPS management
- Ability to work well across divisions functions and collaborate with global HR
- Innovate thinking
- Ability to work well across different sub functions of HR and effectively collaborate with a Global HR team
