Director, Benefits and Compensation is responsible for support and implementation of the company's total rewards strategies and programs (including compensation, benefits and policies) to attract, retain and motivate our rapidly growing workforce:
a) Oversee the participation in salary surveys and analyze results in order to assess competitive labor market trends, establish salary structure and compensation philosophy, develop salary recommendations, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
b) Responsible for oversight of benefits programs, effectiveness of existing compensation policies, including recommending, implementation, support and compliance for new and existing employee benefits programs.
c) Maintains relationships with vendors, brokers and consultants to assess programs and market trends.
d) Prepare and execute, with legal consultation, benefits and policy documentation.
e) Drafting guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and organization objectives
f) Provides advice to leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation.
g) Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
h) Keeps apprised of local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
i) Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
j) Leadership capability to lead functional teams
