This one is demanding and rewarding at the same time (Pun intended). - As the Director of Compensation &amp; Benefits, you will be driving a reward agenda that has a real impact on business performance.This role will require an individual that can work from top to bottom in advising all around reward strategy and approach, through to delivering annual comp cycles and dealing with granular, day to day issues. - Provide advice and guidance to the wider HR team on Company benefits and to steer key organisational projects, in relation to compensation and benefits data. - Manage Year End compensation cycle within the region managing across key stakeholders (HR Advisors, Business Managers, Regional Management and Global Compensation team members) ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the process. - Provide analytical support on compensation matters across the region as required and act as a Subject Matter expert on matters relating to Compensation and Benefits. - Manage the review and mapping of all benefits and terms and conditions. - Be the subject matter expert across compensation and benefits (including a deep understanding how to drive sales performance through reward and exposure to Options and/or RSUs). - Manage the design, development and implementation of new / alternative benefits. . - The role will review existing approach to compensation within the firm, updating and evolving practices. An in-depth ability to analyse and create reports, set policy, manage demanding stakeholders in HR and more general management across different locations and time zones will make this a challenging and rewarding role. - As an experienced compensation professional you will be able to demonstrate a career history within complex, international organisations. About you : - Minimum of 10 yrs progressive experience in C&amp;B. - Ideally, you will have delivered successfully with an organisation undergoing significant growth and structural change. - Strong numerical and analytical abilities - Detailed working knowledge of Compensation Regulations and impending changes in the region. - Good understanding of compensation plan design - Ability to lead / influence senior management on compensation matters - Experienced people manager - Information gathering / research of trends, regulatory requirements etc. - Knowledge and experience of working with Market Data survey providers Desirable skills or experience : - A Masters Degree would be amazing, - Whilst no specific sector experience is essential, it would be great if you- ve worked with consulting firms. - You will be decisive, combining deep analysis and creativity of thought to conceive and implement solutions that are fit for a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment. - Credibility and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be in a position of influence amongst highly intelligent, commercial and goal focused stakeholders. - This vacancy is being advertised by Adviti Consulting, a boutique Agency focused on Startup hiring &amp; Diversity Talent.
