Total Rewards:
- Work with the CHRO/Regional HR Head, to design ongoing total rewards strategy to support and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains and rewards at the field and corporate level.
- Lead the implementation and administration of comp + benefits program in a timely and legally compliant way. Work with regional HR teams for the same.
- Analyze and make compensation and benefits recommendations using internal and external data, including: workforce analytics, industry trends, best practices, tax and legislative requirements.
- Design and manage common compensation components, including salary structure evaluation and design, merit pay processes, job classifications, salary budget review, and market compensation analyses.
- Design and manage benefits programs. Work with regional HR teams for the same.
- Support due diligence analysis and integration management for M&A activity.
- Review, develop and integrate new and/or existing policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.
Shared Services:
- Manage smooth on-boarding and exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees.
- Manage employee life cycle process and policy improvement - identifying gaps and improvisation of processes.
- Provide consistent application and guidance of the company's policies and procedures to both management and employees alike ensuring that they are adhered to
- Communicate effectively with various cross functions to deliver great employee experience
- Track and Maintain key HR Metrics and HR Reporting
- Aid in HR automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies and internal databases across all departments and locations.
- Manage and collaborate with vendors and external partners, including managing performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of services is delivered.
- Cultivating a culture of team-work within the local, regional, global HR team and managers alike
