Director - Compensation & Benefits
- Deliver agreed People activities, processes and solutions, aligned to agreed People product and services (e.g. specialist advice, job evaluation and recommendations), with a self-service first approach
- Ensure quality, effective and timely advisory services to all NAB leaders (with a focus on leaders Group 4-6 and People Division
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities, in consultation with People Strategy & Experience
- Problem solving using a variety of HR solutions and tools to delivery HR strategy
- HR specialist expertise, ideally performance & reward
- HR products, services & processes
- HR strategic levers and how they drive business outcomes (commercial acumen)
- Operational excellence, including HR Operations and customer centric delivery
- 15 plus years leading recruitment programs and processes in a scale corporate environment
