Director - Collections

Attributes we are looking for:

- 10+ years of experience, with experience in Collection Management - Senior Level assignments.

Experience in New age NBFCs or Banks or Fintech is mandatory.

- Graduation/Post Graduation..

- Deep experience in managing collections call centre teams of hundreds of agents. We have looking for someone who has managed these teams directly and not just managed agencies that in- turn manage the agents.

- Should have managed national level collections call centre ops at reputed banks/NBFCs/Fintechs

- Field experience collections experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Solid analytical mindset.

- Experience of managing a large Tele Collection team and should have an experience in setting up a large telecollection and Field Collection teams is mandatory. Comfortable in settling system infrastructure.

- Experience of managing a multiple teams is mandatory

- Ability to work with senior leadership, founders and management teams across business units.

- Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions from the same

- Should maintain high standards in the performance of the portfolio.

- Should be able to identify the gaps and solutions on the existing process and procedures.

- Should have strong analytical skill to act on new strategy and plan proactively.

- Ability to get down and dirty on the ground to speak to customers and agents to figure out actual problems and fix them

- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization.

- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment, along with high business judgement and prioritization

- High Proficiency in MS Excel.
