- Experienced Sales Professional - 15+ of professional experience in Fintech & BFSI sector with experience of managing P&L and DSAs
- A digital mindset - Clear focus on platform strategy to digitize the DSA business
- Data & Analytics driven - Knowing metrics which drive the business, knowing your numbers and problem solving organization wide challenges are what drive you
- Customer Obsession - An obsessive mindset towards improved customer experience and digital journeys is critical for success
- Structured Thought Process - The ability to see the big picture, break down the problem is smaller solvable components, RCAs and bringing it together to an optimal solution is a fundamental skill requirement
- Relationship Management - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams with excellent people management skills
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience :
- We are looking for more expertise than experience. If we must, then 15+ years of experience upwards is a good measure of relevant work experience in products/business development in financial institutions whereas experience in co-lending business will be a plus.
- We would love you to have some great academics, an MBA/CA degree will suffice the criteria.
- Deep understanding of Credit/Legal Documentation/Financial Products/Operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- An exceptional ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- You are keen to travel at least once a week to meet potential and existing partners.
