Job Description: Director- COE Transformation/Business Excellence
Responsibilities:
- Working with the functional owners of the service & respective teams, define & deliver the "service excellence" objectives.
- Ensure consistency of how ...Verlical delivers its services & demonstrates the quality thereof
- Ensure strong governance in managing stakeholders & ensure the culture is shifted from "people centric" to "metrics & delivery centric
- Work with the respective BDC leads in ensuring consistency across the BDC locations
- Negotiate, influence & drive decision making across various levels of the organization
You Offer:
A basic degree from a reputable university
Strong communication, negotiation, influencing & stakeholder management skills and experience.
Experience in a service delivery organizations (i.e. BPO providers) in managing large accounts & the service delivery accoutability thereof
Strong understanding, skills & experience in building & managing by metrics.
Project Management experience and/or domain expertise in third party service delivery
- Investment Banking / Global Financial Services background
- Proven organisational, leadership, communication, management and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively with senior management and service providers
