- Meeting & liaising with clients to discuss and identify their promo requirements
- Working & coordinating with media, creative team, sales & other departments to devise Digital campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
- Creating Pitch presentations, briefing the creative team, coordinating with internal departments to and assisting with the formulation of marketing
- Following processes and maintain & updating process sheets
- Setting timelines and manage delivery schedule & timelines
- Writing client reports
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
- Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.
- Ensuring that the team is continually developing its market, innovation and expert knowledge.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure healthy P&L is maintained across all accounts and projects.
