Client Services Director Digital and Non Digital Space
- Enhances and builds relationships with Clients senior management
- Defines the Company's standards in all areas influencing Client's business results
- Defines the Company's culture and cultivates understanding with all departments
- Increasingly consults and contributes to the Company's management issues
- Contributes to new business presentations and the Company's prospecting efforts
- Applies the Company's ideals to all decision making business approaches
- Possesses an entrepreneurial approach to apply to future agency business opportunities
- Actively participants in effective recruiting of key personnel at all levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Embodies Brand Stewardship all that he/she does. Hands on in Managing Clients both in Digital and Non Digital Space .
- Leads Brand Team for short-term results and long term development ( Preferred FMCG Clients)
- Provides communications counsel and strategic advice to each Client
- Develops strong relations with senior Clients and delights them with our work
- Supervises & constructively directs the team to produce clear strategies and briefs which inspire great work
- Delivers long term Brand-building campaigns
- Develops the professional competencies of people in the group and drives the team to improve performance
- Grows his accounts and delivers income/profit to forecast on each client
- Coaches best practice in client service to the group
- Works with creative partners to produce great work
- Sells great work
- Encourages a climate of creativity and innovation in the group
- Identifies and puts in place new ways of working that allows the group to deliver quality work faster and cheaper
- Raises the profile of consultancy in the professional & client communities
- Works with peers both within the office and within the network to build brands
- Sets the example and builds morale in the group
