A seasoned professional, the Client Services Director (CSD) will be someone with a passion for customer success, has worked with large enterprise decision-makers and has the ability to influence and inspire.

Job Description

- Take the lead in helping our clients figure out how to best leverage BIW's solution offerings to achieve their end objectives

- Provide a clear roadmap that orchestrates all relevant techno functional aspects into one actionable plan

- De-construct competitive best practices in the loyalty domain and create benchmarks (Loyalty domain experience is certainly a good-to-have)

- Provide leadership, support and supervision to the client services team; inspire, motivate, train and mentor

- Effectively communicate and interact with other departments and business partners in a manner that fosters teamwork and unity

- Strategically - lead the clients - monitor presentations, competition, client reviews, analytics driven insights and research, give direction to teams within BIW and the client's end

- Operationally - ensure a healthy team to manage the workflow and volume of business

- Develop systems/processes for smooth flow and checks to avoid errors and time guidelines. Delegate, guide and control all operational work

- Ensure systems with the client and BIW that facilitate a smooth flow of operations. Forecast collections, monitoring, control and reporting

Requirements

- Successful candidate will have 15+ plus years of experience

- Experience in building and inspiring teams

- Ability to sell new ideas and campaigns

- Demonstration of thinking through a situation to find an approach or a solution
