Description
- We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to manage the implementation of various projects that leverage the Myriad platform.
- As part of this role, the candidate is expected to:
- End to End Delivery responsibility: Directly accountable for the delivery of all projects within budget and schedule
- Project plan management: To create, monitor and deliver project work plans and revise those as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Budget management: To monitor and be responsible for the timing and budget of projects delivered
- Team management: Manage the team of Delivery managers, their work allocation, and career progression.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders and senior management to drive the delivery of their portfolio of projects
- In addition to delivery management responsibilities, the candidate will also be expected to support business architecture and solution design across the entire Myriad portfolio:
- Design and development of business processes as required by the various projects
- Collaborate with IT to design the logical data model and IT architecture
- Support the evolution of the business architecture frameworks and models
- Represent Myriad in various Design Working Groups/ Steering Committes
- Ensure that the business and IT architectures are aligned with the Target Operating Model
- Act as a subject matter expert and as a trusted advisor at the N-2/N-3 level
Qualifications
- An University degree in a quantitative dsicipline, MBA is preferable
- 15+ years in Banking or Financial Serivces Consulting
- Proven experience in managing CCAR or similar programs
- Experience in defining and implementing business process architectures, in the risk management domain
- Strong understanding of FtB, banking risk and finance processes and infrastructure
- Excellent quantitative and analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven organizational, leadership, communication and management skills
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner
- Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills
- Candidate must be able to lead by example and motivate/ focus team members
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
