In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of leaders, with focus on delivering complex strategic initiatives impacting multiple lines of business for cross-functional stakeholders, risk, compliance, and technology.
- Partner with Change Management Leadership team to develop portfolio health insights related to effectiveness measures, portfolio risk, controls & compliance related to the portfolio of change for each product in Home Lending.
- Responsible for Change Management process adherence and oversight of the quality of Change Delivery activities
- Lead Change Implementation and supporting end-to-end deliverables to support user readiness activities including, but not limited to project planning, the development and publication of line of business supporting communications, procedures, and training content.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development.
- Interpret and develop range of procedures for implementation and strategic risk.
- Collaborate with and influence peers, risk, compliance, technology, and more experienced leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Change Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- 4+ years of consumer lending experience
