Description -
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities and efficiency's within IB Ops
- Evaluate best fit tools, technology and methods in close partnership with functions and technology
- Implement optimal process and automation design to deliver efficiency's
- Identify, manage and deliver the transformation projects through cross functional team engagement
- Anticipates required training and knowledge upgrade opportunities for the organisation
Profile
- Minimum 17-18 years of post-qualification relevant industry experience
- University Degree or Master Degree in any discipline
- Experience with finance transformation and change delivery.
- Certification on project management and process re-engineering methodology
- Experience of working in an International environment will be an added advantage.
