Director - Center Head - IT

- Hands on experience in Agile practices is a must.

- Experience in handling complex projects management.

- A minimum of 20+ years of Experience in a similar role in IT engineering / IT Software Industry.

- 10+ experience in managing all aspects (Delivery & operations) of an offshore center

- Experiencing in working with MNC ideally with US based MNC .

- An engineering degree from a reputable college required and having MBA would be added advantage.

Behavioral Skills:

- Off Shore Delivery Head - GSO should be a seasoned executive with tremendous drive, intelligence and capability.

- The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have the ability and desire to have an impact on the future growth of GSO

Working shift Flexible to work in US working hour as per the business need. (India/ US UK)
