As the Director - Marketing & Growth for our Video business, you will lead a lean team of intrapreneurs to drive growth for video business. You will be part of early leadership team working in a highly entrepreneurial and agile startup environment and will be expected to constantly innovate, execute, learn and iterate at a very rapid pace. As the Marketing &amp; Growth Leader for the Video category, you will own the success of the category working collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams within the company such as Brand Marketing, Product &amp; Tech, Media, Research, Analytics, PR and Merchandising that operate at a central level. You will champion a vision for our product and user experience that will delight our customers and evangelise that vision across partner teams internally. You will directly own on-platform marketing for video as well as user, retention and engagement marketing (Merch, CRM, content marketing) and will manage all launches on the Video Platform end to end. Additionally, you will influence internal &amp; external teams to help propel growth for the Video business. You will need to be a masterful marketer with 360 degree understanding of marketing with a focus on product marketing &amp; digital marketing / growth hack and solid experience in the content / gaming / interactive / entertainment / consumer tech marketing space. About The Team Our Video business is in-app video streaming service, offering over 5000 titles including news, movies and short films in a variety of languages.. As India's home-grown e-commerce entity, we truly understands Indian customers and is transforming the world of digital entertainment by developing strategic solutions that will help bring the next 100 million shoppers online. Our Video team is a lean and new team that is reimagining entertainment for the mobile world. And now the team is working towards building &amp; scaling the 2.0 version of the platform focusing on short form snacky content fusing games &amp; video and leveraging product capability to enable creators to build and share directly on the platform. What You'll Need Key Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with end to end customer lifecycle management &amp; brand management experience for a Video / Music / Gaming OTT, consumer technology, interactive or digital entertainment company - MBA / Masters degree in business, marketing, or any other related field - Nuanced content marketing understanding and strategic consumer marketing experience, developing cross-functional partnerships and running multi-channel campaigns and programs for a high-profile brand, within the consumer tech / media / internet industries - History of leadership. We'd like to see evidence of serving as a key decision maker in a senior marketing role. Someone who felt challenged and energized by the deep transformations the media industry went through in the last decade towards digitisation and digital content - Entrepreneurial. Experience of having worked in a hyper growth, fast paced, often ambiguous environment as a Founder or Builder - Direct experience of leading lifecycle, engagement or loyalty marketing at a top tier customer focused brand and 360 degree marketing experience covering brand communications, digital marketing, influencer &amp; content marketing, media, performance marketing, retention &amp; product marketing - Experience with influencing product decisions - ability to discover and recommend true requirements and underlying feature requests - Experience managing, negotiating, and collaborating with outside creative agencies, partners and third-party vendors - Achieve more with less - ability to drive growth hacks through both paid &amp; organic media - Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and moving quickly in unstructured situations - High Bias For Action - Ability to influence audiences at all levels and work effectively across functions.
