Director - Career Development - Education

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Proven track record in Sales/ Business development/ Key Account Management experience

The role comes with the following responsibilities :

1. Developing and executing an annual strategy to achieve the overall objective of the Career Development Office - placing 400+ talented students in roles which match their abilities.

2. Building fruitful relationships with CXOs in India's top organizations.

3. Providing effective training and inputs to students related to their careers of interest.

4. Organizing, attending, and participating in activities advocating University as a recruitment destination of choice.

5. Creating processes and systems which maximize the potential of the recruitment process for both recruiters and students.
