Your Role: Sales Director - New Business (India) The - Sales Director- role is chartered to co-creating the regional (i.e. India) new customer acquisition and growth strategy as well as owning all aspects of the execution and success of that strategy. This role will require the individual to collaborate strongly with company's solution/practice teams, field marketing and partner ecosystem across the new client acquisition pursuit cycle. Experience Expectations - Minimum 15+ years of field sales experience at global digital services or technology solutions organizations - Must have experience in selling digital services and/or solutions to India-based global captives (GCCs/GICs), large Indian enterprises and global MNCs with extensive India operations - Track record of scaling a client portfolio in the India region, across the above focus segments by creating and building deep account relationships with key decision makers and influencers, as necessary to drive pursuits to closure - Past sales experience across US/Europe markets will be preferred, esp. as many conversations now require an appreciation of multi-geo buy-cycles, esp. for captives (GCCs/GICs) Key Role Requirements - Lead the charter to co-create & drive the regional customer acquisition strategy, plan the regional investments for driving market-leading growth and guide the development of tailored value propositions - Leverage personal networks and deep experience of selling in the region to engage prospective clients meaningfully across to India-based global captives (GCCs/GICs), and other focus market segments - Drive the sales conversations generated via direct outreach, marketing-led demand generation, events, conferences, and by leveraging connects across the relevant industry eco-systems - Building a robust sales pipeline across next 2-3 quarters. Own request for proposals, the creation of mock-ups, RFP response, business cases, proof of concepts of proposed solutions and other support materials. - Ability to engage the prospects across new age technologies - advanced analytics, design thinking, product engineering, cloud transformations etc. - In addition to consultative selling with ability to craft deals constructs for a digital services and solutions business - the role requires strong business acumen, techno-commercial situational fluency, stakeholder management, strong collaboration, and communication skills - Bring to bear the industry/sector knowledge, understanding of the partner ecosystem to drive growth for the region, guide pursuit team to shape competitive and innovative win themes in pursuits
