As a Campus Recruitment Director, you will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment plan that aligns with our business goals, talent needs, and employer brand
- Manage and oversee the campus recruitment team, budget, and operations
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with premier academic institutions, faculty, alumni, and student organizations
- Design and deliver innovative and impactful campus events, programs, and initiatives that showcase our culture, values, and opportunities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end campus hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management
- Monitor and evaluate the campus recruitment metrics, feedback, and trends, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations related to campus recruitment
- Stay updated on the latest campus recruitment best practices, market intelligence, and industry developments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree from a premier institution in a relevant field
- At least 15+ years of experience in campus recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Extensive expertise in campus engagement and a strong understanding of branding strategies
